All prices are quoted in sterling and include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% for all EU countries. For non EU member countries UK sales tax will not be charged to your order. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

You have the right to cancel you order at any time from point of order until 7 days after the day you receive the goods. Should you cancel your order after despatch of the goods to you, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. The goods must be in saleable as new condition and in original packaging. Shrink-wrapped goods must be returned unopened. We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible from receipt of payment from your card issuer to get you your fishing tackle as soon as we can. Unfortunately we cannot give specific times for delivery, but subject to availability we will usually dispatch within 5 days.

Freight to all uk addresses is charged at £7.00 per order and will be sent using a next day delivery service.

International Parcels will be sent using our international service, and the price will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the country delivering to. This will be calculated for you and shown once you have entered your personal details

Delivery times are normally between 5 and 21 days but obviously subject to stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible. If the item you have ordered is out of stock then we will notify you via email. If your items are out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way we will backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Bowlers Angling Centre.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain the product and contact us on 0208 984 7533 within 10 days of receipt. Nothing in the above affects your Statutory Rights.

DATA PROTECTION: All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Bowlers Angling Centre requests your name and address to enable us to firstly process your order and secondly to provide you with an efficient after-sales service. Your name and address will be used by Bowlers Angling Centre, for this purpose only. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will never pass your details on to any third party without your express permission. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL: If your card issuer rejects payment for your order goods will not be dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the purchasing cardholders card.
